Matt Kreutz is the founder and CEO of Firebrand Artisan Breads – a mission-driven, artisan bakery located in beautiful Oakland, California. The bakery’s mission is to create a more just and equitable workspace, shared value and thriving communities through the craft of baking.
For Matt, baking is quite literally the bread of life. He started the company in 2008 at the age of 26 and built it into one of the most recognized bakeries in the Bay Area. We talked about his passion for leading a „people business“, Firebrand’s eleven purposes and their social responsibility.
